Today I learnt a big lesson... a Store manager is responsible for each and every activity carried out in the store. Although you might be having electricians and Facility management to give you support, although you have commercial and Commercial Team to give you support, although you have warehouse team and Distribution and Logistic team to give you support, you are the one who will be the intersection of all the supports in a ven-diagram.
